Health is so important for both the mom (and dad) and the child. Here are the key doctors to keep in mind during this stage:

  • Your OBGYN: For your 6-week check-up and any physical complications postpartum.
  • Pediatricians: Your primary source for all baby health and development questions.
  • Specialists as needed basis
    • Dermatologists: Essential for persistent skin issues like severe eczema.
    • Allergists

There are so many things to figure out on the fly in postpartum.

There are so many things that can cause a lot of anxiety for new parents, especially the more serious medical conditions that we may not be aware of.

From colic, skin issues, constipation, cradle cap, and all the many things our bundles of joy may experience.. there can be just a lot to handle all at once between blowouts, figuring out how to breastfeed/latch or pump while dealing with the hormonal dysfunction/trauma of having gone through what is possibly the scariest/intense time of your life!
